I have never been more stressed or confused than when I go to school. Sometimes merely thinking about it during the summer or on holidays will get me so nervous that I get nauseous.
I understand the whole Title 1 and top schools in the state things are big deals and the graduation rate is at a comfortable point, and believe me I plan on being a graduate, but what I find hard is actually 'clicking' with the school for lack of a better term. The days pass in a blur and nothing sticks with me, no matter how important it's deemed by a teacher or administrator. I'm not complaining just to be a sensitive millennial, I'm genuinely confused as to why this school clashes with me so much, and I know for a fact I'm not the only one. It's hard to explain to those that don't feel the same because, like I mentioned, it even confuses me as to what I'm trying to say. Either way, the reason for my rating is because of the feeling of dread when I wake up on school days, the sadness I get when I see others worried about almost everything, the unanswered questions I have when certain things go conveniently unnoticed until something major happens. It's just a melting pot and there are too many 'cooks' trying to fix it.
